    crit my first bulk + cycle

    gonna be running test e @ 400mg for 14 weeks... eq at 400mg for 13 weeks..first weeks is frontloading double shots tho.. critique the diet ima use...its just a modified one i found on AR
    .... btw im about 180... 10% bf 5'8"ish...

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb 5am

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat 8am

    Chicken breast, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb 11-12am

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice... (sometimes will use meal replacement supplement instead of this is that ok????)

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat



    Meal 4: Pro/Fat 4pm

    Chicken breast, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout

    Meal 5: PWO 6:30-7pm

    Philly Cheese Steak Pita

    60g protein / 60g carbs / 15g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO Nutrition 8ish PM

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose (or strawberrys + bananas + pineapple juice in it instead)

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat 10pm.....
    probly chicken breast, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat



    sometimes i wont be awake long enough is it ok to combine meals 7 and 8??... plus would it be ok if i was having some whey with every 2nd meal or so??

    I would move meal 6 to where meal five is and vice versa

    Also Make sure there is some elapsed time between you carb meals and you fat meals. You dont to have your insulin levels elevated while taking in a pro/fat meal

    thing about switching meals is that the place i buy the pita at is closed shortly after i get there.... and the place i get shake is the gym after i workout..... so cant really swap those two.. :\ i work construction and dont have access to my food very often.... also anyone know how much chicken breast to equal 50g of protein?

    plus how much green veggies and what kinds should i be eating with meals? and is there any acceptable dressing / toping?

    also for the oats is regular quaker oats good enough?

    green veggis you can eat all day they really dont have any nutritional impact as far as bulking is concerned. After working out out you need to have a protein shake and some dextrose to replenish you glogen levels ASAP.

    Elevating your insulin levels at 8Pm and having a protein fat meal 2 hours later at 10 isnt the brightest idea IMO

    if your working construction and using aas i would eat even more calories then you are now. you dont want to waste your gear because working construction burns more calories then the average guy.

    heh i work construction... but ima heavy lift crane opertator... so your sitting on ass all day but its a 12 hour day :\

    im a little confused...you say the gym sells the whey/dex shake so why not just buy that on your way out and have it as your PWO meal? and you say the place you buy the steak pita closes just after you get there...why not buy it, then take it home and re-heat an hour after you had your whey/dex. or maybe have something else for your PPWO meal?
