    check out this diet my buddy is on

    this is my bro's diet kinda weird but he says it works well for him year round..
    what do you guys think as you can see he has 3 pro fat meal's then 3 pro carb meals all after workout


    meal-1 12 egg whites/ 2 tbls pb

    meal -2 6oz tuna or chicken/ 2 tbls pb

    meal-3 1 scoop whey/ 1 tbls pb

    PWO--2 scoop whey/ 80gs Dex

    meal-4 lean protein/ 1 cup oats

    meal-5 lean protein/ 1 cup brown rice

    meal-6 6oz tuna/ 1 scoop whey/ 1 tbls pb

    is this a lean bulk year round? I guess it could work, except that he wont grow after a certain while cuz he will have to up his kcal..... but i like it.... lots of pb...... yum.

    Well if it works for him, good. He could be making faster progress with a better diet tho.

    yeah lean bulker but he does a lil cardio maybe 3 days a week but he stays lean enough to see abbs

    3000-3200 calories Macro ratio is 50-25-25 smth like that

    How much does he weigh?

    180-200??

    Id have a medium GI carb 1st thing in the morning , cut back on the fat , add some flax and make the pre workout meal a pro/carb

    yup thats it , other than that the diet looks pretty decent

    weighs about 185-188 in that range, i thought it looked good to a little diffrent then most of the diets you see on here, i was thinking of giving it a try but ur right it may need a little tweaking, thanks by the way

    I would switch meals 4 and 5 around. Rather have a higher gi meal an hr or two after I lift. Plus, oats has fat which you want to avoid at this time with the carbs.

    And I don't think I ever has eggs and pb before Not that anything is wrong with that combo.

    I thought people usually have a protein/carb meal before they lift.

    some do, some don't. It's a split decision around here.

    Basically, there is no right or wrong way...just whatever works for the person.

    yeah ur right about that or just use rice all togather in both meals 4 and 5

    carbs=239 Fat=46 + whaterver you get from food Pro=300
