What is the difference in getting body fat checked before or after workout? Is there a percentage difference based on pumps? Mine usually hovers around 10, but today after my WO I had a trainer check it with the machine that pinches you in three locations and It came out to 11.8%. Any validity to that.

It will flucuate depending on whether you chech it before or after you train/eat/sleep/etc. Get it checked first thing in the morning if you can. That way, you can exclude all factors which can offset it.
