Eca Stack And Cardio
When i do my empty stomache cardio in the morning, do to take my Stack before i run and if so how long prior to running and wut do i eat after my run to get food in me as i have not eatin because i run on an empty stomache. something that will help muscles and such yet not going to go against the fat loss im tryin to obtain? thanks fellas

I take my stack like 15 min b4 cardio. After cardio you want to consume real food (not just a pro shake). I recommend egg whites (i eat like 8-10) and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. good luck.

Yeah I heard that aswell, So I want a pro carb after cardio not a pro fat?

Good info fellas, what about the cardio, wut kinda exercises do u recommend for fat burning, i CAN run if i have to but i eventually get bad shin splints after about a half mile and my lower back starts to hurt. tryin to lose that little spare tire around the gut. Thank bros

So i take the stack about 15 min before cardio. Is that it? Should i take it twice a day and if so, when?

walking , riding a bike , stair climeber , rowing , rowing machine , etc.....
3 times a day
Once before cardio , so thats like 6 am , another time at 11-12 , and the last time at 4-5 not later...or you wont be able to sleep

I eat a pro/carb meal 15-20 mins. after cardio.
Lipolysis only continues a short time after unless you are in ketosis (which you won't be) so you don't have to wait too long to eat.

Whether its a protein/carb or a protein/fat meal after your cardio does not really matter...whats important is your total macros throughout the day, the combination of your foods and more importantly the timing of your meals.
Like SC, I personally prefer to replenish my glyocogen levels following a cardio session. Either meal is acceptable though for your goals.Last edited by usualsuspect; 11-10-2005 at 11:29 AM.

I'd add a 5 gram serving of l-glutamine in water to your pre-cardio stack. This would slow the catabolic effects pwo...especially if you wait 45 minutes to eat.

while usin the ECA stack and runnin and losing weight, what can i take after my workout to still help gain mass while im trying to lose weight, i know these contradict eachother but theres gotta be somethin besides gear that would help a little for this thanks fellas
