    cutting diet to lean bulk HELP

    Hey wats up everyone...im just about to finish my cutting diet and now it is time for my lean bulk,im 5'11 152 lbs,i was wondering right now im taking in about 2250 kals i did the harris benedict equation and my maint is around 2700 cals a day i need 3200 cals to bulk..my question is how do i go about getting to 3200 a day do i add 100-200 cals a week until i reach 3200?

    Start at 2,700 and adjust from there as you see fit.

    My suggestion would be to add 500 calories to your daily intake, try that for a week, weigh yourself and check your bodyfat %. If you gain more than 2lbs a week then cut back on your daily calorie intake until you are gaining just at or under 2 lbs. As time goes on and your weight goes up, you will have to increase your calorie intake even more. Just try 500 at a time and make your own calls according to what you see after a week, maybe even a couple weeks.

    aite thanks guys...wat about cardio should i still do it like 3 times a week for 45 mins?

    maybe 2 to 3 times a week of 30 minutes should be fine ....
