This really works, it sounds crazy but it works!!! An old school powerlifter freind of mine had told me about this. The next time you go to workout, bring a couple cans of Chefboyardee Ravioli w/ you and a 2 liter of Mountain Dew. Drink the 2 liter throughout your workout and cardio, and halfway through your lift have yourself an intermission and eat your ravioli. You preferably want at least half of the 2 liter of Dew in you by the time you eat your ravioli. Do this right before squats or especially deadlifts. It gives you incredible strength and stamina. Sounds crazy but try it, I'm sure you'll have great things to say about your lift.
