rate my day
5 am cardio
p-cardio/breakfast-3 eggs, cup oats, .5cup cottage cheese
lift 12 pm
pwo- 50 gram pro shake, 2 apples, cup grape juice (no dextrose)
cup spinach, peanuts...20 gram protien total
shake-50 gram
shake-30 gram
4 eggs/.5 cup cottage cheese/cup kidney beans
total of 220 pro/120 carbs/60 fats=1900 cal
i am cutting
1st day of "eating right" during cutting
plz crtique

Alos where is the solid meal after your first pwo? you should have pwo 1 and 2 with roughly the same macro content in each. each meal should be a clean carb source and a clean protein source, fat should be next to nil

i work and have school..so shakes are really convenient.....what sort of meal should i have after pwo #1....how about btwn 6am and 12 pm....also when do fats come in?

thanx but 99% of those recipes included meat...but im veggie
