    flax oil have calories and fat?

    I'm assuming since it's a fatty acid it is burned up as energy? My pills don't say how may calories they are or anything, should I not take my oils with carbs>?

    im not sure but i would think each pill is 1g
    so for example if you need 10g of flax seed oil then you need 10 pills in that one meal..
    bad idea just go get liquid form and drink it up...
    ofcourse it has calories ...
    this is one of your fat source you are taking..........
    if your cutting no you should mix carbs with your fats...
    anything under 5g of fats can be mixed with carbs i dont think it does that much of harm...
    but if your cutting you should really mix them at all....

    The short answer:

    flax = oil
    oil = fat
    fat = 9 kcals per gram

    fat + carbs=

    The fatty acids burnt with preference for energy are medium chain triglycerides (MCTs)... not flax.

    With MCTs, special conditions apply.

    Well I dont drink any protein shakes right now, I'm not even lifting right now to be honest, I've just been doing cardio, I got caught up in life and slacked for a few months but as soon as my sickness is done (its been 10 days and I never get sick) I will start hitting the weights hard, I just need to get my diet dailed in the meantime, It's pretty damn good, I eat real clean just need to get my macros and cals lined up, I'm kinda lazy to be weighing food n shit.
