    Fish oil capsules Vs Flax seed oil

    Which have you had better experiences with?

    i use omega complex capsules. it has omega 3-6-9 so all my bases get covered. i have udo's oil too which is the same thing in liquid form. im pretty sure the liquid form of any oil is better than caps

    what xtina said. Oil is way cheaper and just as good as caps.

    If you want a even better source of fat. Buy flax seeds and grind them.
