This is my diet right now, is it relly bad for a lean bulk??? i weigh 188 right now n wanna gain a few pounds
Meal 1
1 bowl of kashi cereal30g carbs 13 protein
2eggs on 2 pieces of whole grain bread
1 scoop of tasteless whey in 1 glass of OJ
Meal 2
1 can of tuna on 2 pieces of whole grain bread
Meal 3
2 grilled chicken breasts over salad with oil/vinegar dressing

Right now heres what im thinking, is this to many carbs PWO?? instead of this should i just throw out meal 5, eat meal 6 PPWO and then just have a protein shake before bed??
Meal 5- 5 eggs hardboiled made into eggsalad, 2 pieces of whole grain bread
Meal 6- this is an all protein meal, either fish, chicken or steakLast edited by Machdiesel; 11-27-2005 at 01:39 PM.

A little bit low on the protein I would say.
what on earth is Kashi??
there is no healthy fats in this diet. You need to drop a meal with protein and carbs and replace it with a meal with protein and fats.
How many kcal is this each day?

you definitely need a lot more carbs....
diet isn't that bad besides the fact you are lacking in carbs. try throwing in some brown rice, whole grain pasta, whole grain pancake mix, 4 or 5 pieces of whole grain bread instead of 1 piece. i bet you feel tired all day dontcha? maybe exchange the 3 eggs for 6 egg whites too. you also have no carbs in meal 3...i would never eat JUST protein....either pro/carb OR pro/fat meals IMO...you could also make your last meal a pro/fat if you'd like. use olive oil for dressing or be creative.....

kashi is 'Go Lean' cereal. kashi is just the brand name. it's whole grain.. i eat it sometimes when i'm short for time in the mornings....or when i have the munchies
