pwo ppwo what are they

i see alot of people talking pwo &ppwo in there diet what do they stand for?

pwo(or pwo1)= post workout meal
ppwo(or pwo2)=post post workout meal

just as jdh said...
PWO is usually the shake
PPWO is usually the actual meal following the shake
that's how i interpret it
