Eating off cycle
Hi guys, I know that during a bulk cycle, you eat like mad to get big. My question is: do we still have to eat that same amount after cycle to keep the size?

If you eat less you will get smaller. The more you eat the bigger you get.

i normally eat the same as on cycle,just throw in some extra cardio!

I eat roughly the same. I usualy give myself some slack aswell. When Im off I dont focus that much on workouts so I dont care if I lose a bit. So I eat less strickt, workout less. Just relax and enjoy other things in life.

yeah. To be honest Im not quite sure yet what the hell we are but look at it as a forum specific mod.

just focus on something else. Strenght comes and goes. Impossible to always be at a peak
