Be honest ....
Who here dirty bulks?
I dont mean eat cookies and chips and that junk, well for some you might but when bulking how many of you eat whatever you want. Like tacos,burgers,pizza etc.....?
I find that I grow the most and gain the most stength when I "dirty" bulk but obviously I gain some bf. Who here is dirty?!

i have but im going to do clean bulk from now on.,...
the reason is it will be much easier for me when i do decide to do a cutter it will be much easier to get to your goal...
]rather than have to work that extra hard to burn the crap off ..

i have tried dirty bulk i seam to gain tons of BF and zero muscle, so i stay pretty lean most of the year but when i do bulk i normally have things like ribeye's, brisket, salmon, quick oats, yellowrice, bread, and whole milk in my shakes, and of course my favorite peanutbutter..

I dirty bulk...but my BF doesn't go over 20%
It's never even been NEAR 20%
I can't imagine being that fat...don't want to comtemplate it.

i stay between 8-15% i cut to around 8% then i dirty/clean bulk basically go back in forth one week dirty one week clean but always calorie excess.
once i lose visual of all my abs.. its time to cut a lil bit nice and slow but gh is very helpful here as well

Well even when I have dirty bulked before I never get above 18%.....I figure what gear you are using makes a huge difference on what you can get away with.

I don't think gear has as much to do with it as bodytype does.
I'm yet to do a bulking cycle.
When i dirt bulk i'm clean (i.e. gear-free)
Still my bodyfat doesn't get near that 20% mark.
Seriously i don't think it's even at 15%...but i could be wrong.

Last time I bulked on purpose (with that thread in the Lounge that I would update) I went from like 255 to 284 within 45 days or less, I can't remember the exact number of days. Yes, I laid down more fat than I usually would, but I wanted to just do it on purpose because it's fun.
I ate everything no matter what time of night/day. I was a bloated happy individual.
I knew I'd cut after anyhow, so it was no biggie.
