    First cycle diet??

    Just started my first cycle. I'm kinda new to the system. Wondering if anyone could tell a good diet to follow to help with keeping fat minimal and best possible build.

    ya like steveo said use the stickies they set the basis for what you need weather it be bulking or cutting but dont you think ou should have done that be for you started the juice?

    I started a diet before I started the cycle but if there is room for improvemnt I am always down for advice. I just wasnt sure if the stickies were the guide to follow.

    It sounds to me like you should hault the cycle until you have your diet/training in check for at least a year.

    Without your diet/training at 100% you will not benefit much from AAS use.

    BTW how old are you?

    Forget it - just looked at your profile.

    Seriously though, stick around here for a while and research a bit and trust me you will learn so much about diet, AAS, and training.

    It sounds to me likr you are trying to bulk so my suggestion would be to read this...

    UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...

    Then creat a diet using the basic guidelines in that read. Once you have created a diet for yourself, post it, and everyone can critique it and help you fine tune it for your needs/goals etc....
