Anyone know the nutrition facts for ground beef?
I am looking for nutrition facts on 1lb of hamburger.
Does anyone know the fat, protein and carbs?

Depends on how lean it is. I get 96%lean. Off the top of my head, 26g protein, 2g sat fat, and very little carbs PER 1/4lb. Regular hamburger meat has much more fat in it. Not recommended. Ground turkey is a good alternative too.
