    Egg Whites

I was wondering if I could snack on Egg whites whenever I wanted.
Meaning spray the pan veg oil and pour in the egg whites and heat them up.
Whenever I get hungry that is. Im bulking.

Well I use the Liquid Egg whites in the Cartons. Yeah it is better because it means more protien from real food sources and less from supps.

I'll eat say 8 eggs whites w/2 tblspns of flax. Quick easy P+F snack. 35g protein + 20g fat. 300-350 calories.

well in my liquid whites it says 3 tablespoons is 5g of protein. Would it be good or bad to put FF cheese in it?

Depends on if you want a fat/pro meal or a pro/carb meal.

I'd just use some of the yolks for the fat needed, and use flax @ other meals.

I use real cheese w/my eggs.

(Fat/Pro meal) The fat free cheese tastes like shit, and I don't even see how they can call that cheese.

There is an alternative to the Pam Cooking Spray which uses Olive Oil instead of Vegetable Oil. I personally use it when cooking anything in the skillet.
