Cutting problem?
Ok I'm 240lbs, 21% bf and i'm getting confused with all the different methods of cutting. I will be taking 300g Protein, 240g carb, 60g of fat does this sound right to you guys? so it's a 50/40/10 split of calories any other ideas would be appreciated.

I'd up the fat a bit,a nd drop the carbs a touch.

your fats department looks a bit low. i usually have more pro/fat meals while cutting as opposed to bulking.

We need to know more than just the daily totals to know if a diet is good. If it was me I would raise fat and lower carbs. But like I said to little info to say anything.
