Mcdonalds
Alright.. so protein.. i feel like i am downing 10 cans of tuna and chicken a day, and so many shakes and meal replacements.. would it be so horrible to go to mcdonalds and eat a 20 piece nugget to get protein? is their chicken even real? if so i know it is probably grade-f
anyone have any info/opinions on their nuggets?

Where do you find the nuggets on a chicken??
I really wouldn't be eating Deep Fried mystery meat, but thats just me. There are plenty of other sources of Protein than Tuna, Shakes and McNuggets.

my problem is i am at college, so i stock up on shit in my room but there arent really any ''healthy'' places to get food otherwise, and i dont have the nessecary things to make a nice meal.. i guess i will make due though, thanks guys

Most likely against Dorm rules, but I'd invest in a Foreman Grill. Probably would have to hide when not in use, but well worth the risk IMO.

yeah i hear ya on the foreman, and i have a chic-fil-a a block away. and mitch911 i have like 85 cans of tuna.. im just saying it gets tiresome and i was looking to expand a bit away from it

Shit i had to rely on McDonalds tonight as i forgot my meals today, i had their Bacon Ranch Salad for one meal and will have a McChicken - the bun later for another pro/fat meal....
Now of course this is a solution in a tight spot, otherwise i would never think about pulling in that shithole for food.

20 piece chicken nugget has 840 cals and 49g of fat. not sure of the protein content but it really doesn't matter, what can you expect from fast food
