Thread: Burger HEAVEN!!

Dude, I think I just filled the cup... I went to Carl's Jr. tonight... Ive always liked Carl's Jr. better than the other fast food burger crap out there, so tonight after ordering my double six dollar burger, chili fries and chocolate shake, i figured I would pick up a nutritional chart and I almost busted a nut! Here's a breakdown of what I had just ordered:
Double Six-Dollar Burger:
Carbs: 62 g
Protein: 64 g
Fat: 101 g
Chili Cheese Fries:
Carbs: 89 g
Protein: 29 g
Fat: 51 g
Medium Chocolate Shake:
Carbs: 148 g
Protein: 22 g
Fat: 16 g
Carbs: 299 g
Protein: 115 g
Fat: 168 g
Obviously im bulking up, and by wolfing one of these bad boys down every day ill be a goodyear blimp in no time.

I know, but once im thru with my cycle its back to chicken, fish, and veggies... Its just with my schedule the way it is for the next couple months, this is about the only way im gonna be able to get all the calories/protein I need.

It's an excuse to eat like shit. None of us have time to fix meals and pack them to take with us, but we still get it done. Now go eat your burger and fries.

wow...I sure as HELL couldn't do it! BUT, good luck... you could have made your own "super size" me documentary.... I would not venture this route.

You actually needed to look at a nutrition chart to see you were eating the equivalent of 5 lbs of lard.
Bulking or not that is not going to help you gain muscle but it will get you in to the cardiologist much quicker.
