i just want to know what is your calorie intake compared to the amount of calories you are meant to eat jsut to maintain your weight ....im physically a small person only 5'3.... my intake to maintain my weight is around 1800 calories and i eat round 4000 calories a day...i wanna know other peoples diffrence between the two :)
I doubt your maintainence calorie intake is 1800calories, unless you weigh like 120lbs. My maint. is around 3500 and my intake fluctuates from 4200-4800. 5'10 195lbs.
i only weigh like 132 pounds (60kgs) im a shortass im only 18 soooo still like a teenager body
When I cut I consume 1700-1900kcal/day, right now I dont know for sure but a guess would be betwen 2500-3000kcal. I maintain my weight right now so I guess that is my maintainence ammount.
i cruise it at 3000 no mater cuttin or lean bulkin just change it up more carbs less carbs more red meat ect.

I never count calories, just the amount of protein and carbs I am taking in.
i'm attempting to bulk on 4 - 4500 kcals a day @ 5ft 10 186lbs
i'm in PCT at the moment and bulking is difficult infact i am needing this much just to maintain
need to up it a bit
