    sup with this wheat bread???

    okay so i have this loaf of bread and its says 100% whole grain and whole wheat...then i check the ingredients and it says it contains high fructose corn syrup....WHAT THE HELL?!?...should i keep eating this stuff? is it supposed to have this and is this syrup even a big deal? i mean i normally dont touch anything that has high fructose corn syrup but i thought whole wheat bread was a source of good carbs.

    well if its a cheap ass bread company they will die the bread to make it look wheat when it really isnt Ive heard so many cases like this. Good thing you read the ingredience.

    you post whore...you coulda just told me this on instant messenger just now...but naw its sarah lee bread and thats a well known company but once again says its 100 percent whole wheat and whole grain.

    I know high fructose corn syrup is bad, but why?

    ditch the bread and find a brand that doesnt have that filth in it.
