Lets say you have a day were you do A.M. cardio followed by a normal meal like pro/carb.
.....later that same day, seeing how it's you off day for wieghts - you do P.M. cardio as well. What do you think about doing a PWO after P.M. cardio?

You can however its not necessary.
You should make sure it's food though, not a pro/dex shake.
IMO never do cardio twice a day unless ur getting ready for showtime, its a complete wast of muscle also for PWO after cardio i would say that whey/ 1/2 cup oats would be good
What about PM cardio? Shouldnt you just continue with a pro/fat?Quote:
