    A Thank you to the forum

    Just wanted to say thanks to all the bros on these great forums. I've just gone back home for the holidays after having been on a cutting diet for the past 3 months, and you wouldn't believe the difference a "change in scenery" makes. I left here fat, and I'm back looking like a completely different person, able to see my abs and actually have definition. So many of you here have helped me, both directly and indirectly, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate it!

    Sweet bud... I got my start in this diet forum as well, SC and the homogay dieteers helped me out tons back in the day.... I'll be forever thankful for it.
