    confused....?

does the rule of thumb {6-8 mini meals} apply when your trying 2 lose 25+ lbs. Or is it better 2 have 3 mini meals as opposed to 6-8 ?

It applies even more, as this will keep insulin levels stable. More meals=better, but, keep the calories low.

As in, 2200 cals in 3 meals is FAR worse than 2200 in 6, 7, or 8 meals

my favorite meal for losing weight fast is one scoop of protein powder, and a half cup of raw oatmeal mixed with water, and a little non fat milk.

a minimeal can be anything from some nuts or fruits to a chicken sandwich depending on your diet approach.

I ate around 7 times a day. The protein came from chicken, tuna, egg whites, and protein shake. Carbs came only from oatmeal. Never ate a cheat meal, not once. I used tren , prop, var, and masteron over a nine week period. Did cardio 6 days a week, 3 days in the am for 45 min on empty stomach, 3 days in the afternoon for 30 min after workout. This diet and cardio business is hell my friend......hope you're up to it!

I would stay away from roids. Your first few should be bulkers anyway and judging by the way you are talking you dont seem ready honestly.
