i heard insects can be like 50% pure protein which is higher then almost any type of meat. anybody like to eat insects as part of your daily protein intake?

The only bugs we get in Houston that are in that much of an abundance are mosquitos, and I'll be damned if I'm munchin on the blood mongers. Get June bugs to but I let my dog munch on that protein.
I'll stick with the meat and shakes!
I used to eat worms when i was a kid, i guess if i really needed too, i could still chomp on a few worms. I wonder what the protein content is on worms.
