    how's this label look for a good alternative

    looking for a new food to switch into the mix. how does this look for diet use - i diet year round all clean and need something new.

    would work with a pro/fat meal or a meal with low gi carbs.

    You could INCLUDE that in a pro/fat meal, but I wouldn't rely on it for the entire meal.

    thanks for the feed back. i figure 2 1/2 or 3 of these would be a solid protein/fat meal, 39g protein and 13.5g fat.
