Diet Log
I'm forcing myself to take the entire weekend off from the gym...which is driving me crazy right now, but I know it will pay off growth-wise. Needless to say, I'm bored. Just wondering WHO actually maintains a diet log? I normally will record macros for a week or so to make sure I'm where I need to be...then I'll stop. I started another log again today. (I need to find another hobby when I'm not training)

since I use fitday both when cutting and bulking I have a log on everything I eat there. When cutting I use it everyday, when bulking everynow and then.

I actually just keep it all in my head.

you got better memory than me :) Most of the time I cant even remember how many times I have eaten.

iv gon over it somany times and i normally eat te same shit evreyday so it's in my head i normally alternate between 3 diet plans depending on goals and how my body has changed i have all three writen down if i need to look back or make changes
