    How Many Eggs Is Too Many!!??

    Just wondering how many eggs is too many in a day i go through about 4-5 a day and i know thatz not a whole lot...should i go up a couple? im about 150 in the bulk stage wanto be around 200. also should i always take the yolk out??? Also just wondering if anyone has any good tuna recepies,,..getting so tired of that plain taste...like eating cardboard..mmmm ...would be happy to hear your feedback..Thanks

    There a thread in the diet forum that will answer you question right now…..its entitled egg whites.
    Personally I eat 10-12 day with no yolk, I’ve had 10 so far today.

    yeah breakfast i'll have around 6 eggs whites, i should bump it up though, i recently found 30 eggs for 3 bucks. thats a beutifual thing...

    I often eat up to 12/day (max 3 yolks though) and have never had a problem - other than getting sick to death of them..

    I think this issue is with the high amounts of Cholesterol (approx 600mg) found in the yolks. But the effect this actually has is a topic quite often debated in itself.

    Limits the yolks and you will be fine. 10 eggs with 3 yolks is an excellent protein / fat meal depending on you goals.

    there aint no such thing as to many eggs

    the cholesterol isnt a issue.
