Just wondering if anyone has any good tuna recepies,,..getting so tired of that plain taste...like eating cardboard..mmmm ...would be happy to hear your feedback..Thanks..oh before i forget speaking of protein should i always take out the yolk??? thanks again. :wg:

how much mayo would u mix with a can...mine is 6oz...and isnt the mayo mostly fat and carbs?
Walmart sells a brand called Azul (I think that's the name) and they offer tuna w/ lemon and tuna w/ jalapenos...the stuff is so good you can eat it plain out of the can. The jalapeno one is better in my opinion. Of course it's a Mexican product, but hell...I've never found any "mystery" by-products. :)

real mayo should have nominal amounts of carbs. Mine has 0 carbs per tbsp.
i eat tuna with full fat mayo and some pickle relish. take some fish and flax oil with it and make it your pro/fat meal. no bread though.
i tried to make it with reduced fat mayo and eat it on whole wheat bread but that mayo feels rubbery and tastes like nothing, so it sucks
