Does anyone know how much calories, fat and protein is in 1 slice of white american cheese?
Depends on the size/thickness (weight) of the slice.
Did it come in a package w/the information per slice? Cheese I get always does.

no...thats a good idea though. I got it fresh from the Deli. Im pretty sure its the same size and weight as one you would get in the square packages though.

i doubt one square slice of american cheese is gonna have 400 calories like 100g of cheddar.
80 to 100 calories 5-8 protein, 5-8 fat, 0 Carbs is typical of a slice of cheese.
Can eating cheese be part of a nutritional factor for your daily protein intake?
i would say yes...the protein is whey and casein (mostly casein i believe) which has very good bioavailability and stays in your system very long.Quote:
