Depends on the size/thickness (weight) of the slice.

Did it come in a package w/the information per slice? Cheese I get always does.

Can eating cheese be part of a nutritional factor for your daily protein intake?

i would say yes...the protein is whey and casein (mostly casein i believe) which has very good bioavailability and stays in your system very long.
