how do you know how many cals?

Hey guys, how do you know how many cals/protien/carbs are in a certian type of food? Is there a website that shows this? (an example is how many cals and how many grams of protien in 1 oz of chicken breast).Sorry if this sounds stupid I'm newbie and trying to get my diet right.
