ive been using baked beans from the can as a main source of carbs as a quick meal at work with a 50g pro shake. this is about 600 cals of good carbs (im assuming) and protein. im just wondering if there is anything wrong with eating baked beans from the can (ie: Bush's, etc..) instead of real beans that you have to cook and everything, which takes hours.
also sometimes i will do rice cuz i know beans and rice are good together as well as separate. the rice i have been getting is the Uncle Bens Ready Rice. its a pouch of 2-3 servings i can microwave and just eat. rice is so hard to cook and easy to screw up. is there something bad about this rice? i dont know if its essentially the same stuff? i know it tastes like crap but so so easy to make.
