    At Nark's request

    In this thread Nark requested that I post my diet. Here is what I've been following as my diet for the last couple of months. It's a notepad document from Excel spreadsheet (too big to upload) that is broken in to two days. One for training days and one for non-training days. I typically train first thing in the morning, empty stomach for non training (cardio) days and after my first meal on weight training days. Flame away. Mark
