A cheat meal is a meal where your not bothered how many calories, grams of carbs, sugar and saturated fat it contains, etc, as its a treat. I usually have a cheat meal once a week. A cheat meal could be a pizza or Taco Bell, etc.

A cheat day for me is sausage biscuits w/egg or pancakes and sausage and eggs, pizza, ice cream, hamburgers and fries, etc.
I usually cheat for breakfast and again for a mid-afternoon feeding. I like to eat out a lot, so I eat fast food like 2 times a day on my free day. Friday I had Round Table Pizza and McDonalds............it was okay.......

so while eating this during the day do i go for a certain amount of cals? like only 2000 or like 5000?

I plan to have an all out cheat day in like 2-3 weeks..I wont go THAT crazy..I'll keep it under 5k :lol
usually during the week i keep my cals at around 2200 - 2400, on a weekend i bump it up to 2500 - 2700 and have a meal that i dont really count cals but still keep it relatively clean. More of a refeed i guess than a cheat.
Man I kinda feel sorry for all you guys that take this eating thing so seriously. It seems like pain in the azz counting this counting that. I just eat a whole lot of stuff not junk food but normal sh!t meats, fruits, vegetables a protien shake. Then just workout and keep an eye on the scale and see myself get bigger. But then again I'm no professional bodybuilder, nor compete, and worry about looking like a cutesy cut up dude. I just shoot for being big and strong.
