    is this right?

    after workout 40g protien/80g dex then an hour later or so eat a solid meal like chicken/tuna and veggies do i also need to add carbs to the solid meal and is it still a 2:1 ratio

    yeah its right. Add some low gi carbs to the solid meal. Like lentils, brown rice, beans. Ratio doesnt have to be 2:1 for me 1:1 is plenty.

    If you want to build muscle, I'd definately suggest adding carbs to your post-post workout meal. Solid foods are best. I'd also avoid fat at this time. Rice, yams, grain breads are good choices. Drink plenty of water as well in the post-workout window. Helps aid in recovery.

    thanx guys im strugglin to get my diet right but im doing alot better thanx to the help im getting from everyone here you all are great THANKS AGAIN
