    quick breakfast

Ok I have a feeling im gonna get horsewhipped for even asking but I would like a few of you to chime and with good or bad advice.

I need something fast in the morning to get down for breakfast.

I was thinking, 2 scoops whey or egg protein and 12 or so ounces of 1% chocolate milk.

2 scoops of the whey I can use is 40 grams pro, the egg protein would be 48 grams pro, then you have the milk.

    Thoughts?

oats in a shake are good, just don't use quick quaker oats, for some reason they do not mix well.

Try chocolate flavored whey protein mixed with fat free cottage cheese. 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese and 2 scoops of whey blends perfect. If it's too thick, you can mix in some water or milk to thin it out. Tastes just like chocolate pudding. Plenty of protein and carbs from the ff cottage cheese.

Natural sugars from the pasteurized, cultured milk. I've seen brands that have as little as 4 grams carbs / half cup to as much as 7 grams carbs / half cup. Not a lot of carbs, but as far as being quick, you can't beat it. Mixes in 15 seconds in a tupperware container and you're out the door.
