    Quik carb source??

    I was gonna make a tuna sandwhich for my pre workout, but had no more bread. i ende dup eating the tuna but needed a good carb source, all i had was eft over chinese, pasta, and these nutr grain bars, i decided to go with the nutra grain bars, there supposdly made from outs n wheat or some shit, r these of these(26 grams of carbs) a good source or should i have gone witht he regular pasta or lou mein

    if most of the carbs are complex and have a gi lower than 50 its fine...

    the nutra grain bars probably had a little more sugar than the pasta. i tend to get very nice pumps when i eat pasta pre workout.

    yea i didnt have ne whole wheat left so i opt for the nutri grain, o well not a big deal, i usually have 1 can of tuna on 2 pieces of pepridge farm 9 grain bread(ne one know if this is ne good) pre workout, but didnt realize i ran out, surprisingly tuna n strawberry nutri grain isnt to bad

    just looked, under the carb listing(26 each bar, i ate 2 ) it says 13 grams sugar, theya ctually taste really good, i may add them to my diet if i get the ok from u guys, u think theyll be ok??not as a staple just something once a week to cahnge it up)

    i dont think it would be a prob MachD if you see some BF gain just cut em back out
