I am doing AM cardio 4 times a week for 45minutes.Training in the gym about 4 times a week(Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat) 45min-1hr at a time. Im getting around 9 hours sleep a day.
Calorie wise a day i would be taking in around 3000 based throughout 8 meals or so.

IS THE BREAKFAST TO MUCH (CRITQUE IT PLEASE)

    80g oats
    400ml milk
    30g Bluberries
    Bannana
    Apple
100g chicken breast lean(sometimes replaced with protein shake/milk or tin of tuna)

What else could i have to make this more nutrishious..Any ideas????

    Carbs-110g
    Fats-15
    protein-55g

It does seem abit big for breakfat, 3,00 cals also seems a touch too high for your stats. But if you are losing weight then wait till you stall to adjust.

I could/would never start my day off with 110 grams of carbs while cutting.

If it works for you though...........

I dont want to lose fat quick to avoid muscle loss thats why im sticking with 3000kcal and AM Cardio which burns on average 700kcal with the ECA stack im taking so that brings me down to 2300kcal

    other meals on average
(i would have three of these type meals below alternate rice with potato, chicken with tuna.e.t.c .but normally averaging 500kcal)

    100g Basmati rice (80gcarbs,4gprot,0.2gfat)
    Chicken breast (35g prot,2g fat)
    Peppers (5 kcal)
    500kcal

    then my post workout shake
    2 scoops protein
    glutamine
    creatine
    100g dextrose
    (100gcarbs,45gprotein,3gfat)600kcal

after this i have one last protein carb meal some rice and a tin of tuna usually totalling 400kcal

    then to bed

if your not losing any weight drop half of the oats and milk but keep the fruits.

But comparing its kcal to total kcal it isnt that bad. Around 25% of daily kcal in the breakfast.

I agree with giantz though. I dont think you will drop that much weight with 3000kcal/day. But if you do then by all means continue doing this.

Be sure to supplement with flax or fish oil aswell to get some healthy fats into the diet.
