alcoholic beverages
What would be the best choice for an alcoholic beverage.... beer, liquor, or wine?? I have heard beer and liquor are high in calories but dry wine only contains like 40 calories per 4 ounces???????????

if you're only talking like 2-3 drinks a week, it doesnt really matter......

red wine is good for the heart (in moderation) I'd go with that. But unless you are seriously cutting for a show or something 3 drinks of anything isn't going to hurt you really.

if talking about getting hammared like evrey once in a while then it dont matter, but if you gonna be drinking regulary i go with wine

Depends on your goals, bro. If your talking a cheat day every blue moon I guess I would say Bacardi and Diet Coke...no carbs....but, IMO at least, it can't go without saying, excessive binge drinking is way too hard on your body to not negatively affect your training.

try some vodka and light cranberry juice..... one glass is all you will need

I have a glass or two of good red wine most nights that I have fish for dinner....helps relax after a hard day of work and or training.........can't be beat and extremely good for you.......even if you are cutting.
I havent gotten ripped in many years, so nix that before you think twice.....

1 glass of wine, 1 beer, or 1 shot of liquor are all healthy to consume daily. The key word here is one.
I prefer Scoth on the motherfvcking rocks when i'm out drinking. And beer when i'm out to dinner. Wine is for girls.

but a glass of wine (A GLASS) or an oz of liquor will have have ZERO effect on your training, and is probably pretty comparable to a massage for your mind......getting wasted should not be an option, but cutting or bulking, have some wine with your final meal..........

Agreed one drink is fine. It when you drink alot more that it will potentially harm body comp.
