soda supposedly delays/inhibits protein absorption rite?? which exactly??
ie: if some1 had 50 grams of protein with some Diet-P, would the 50 grams be 30-40grams?? or would the 50grams still be 50g but instead of taking say 2 hours theyd take 4????

that it delays absorption?? I read it here a couple of times...not sure how true it is tho.

wouldnt matter anyway. Protein absorption speed isnt a issue. Possible exceptions is pwo.

yeah i would never consume it PWO, but i do love my diet sunkist so i'll continue to drink it when i crave something sweet.
