soy sauce and olive oil flank steak marinade, counter productive?

Equal parts of oil and soy in a bag with the steak for one hour makes flank steak turn out awesome...

Do you guys think it's counter productive while cutting?

soy sauce has mad sodium. ANd your steak already has enough fat so personally i dont rub olive oil all over it.
Unless your talking about a marinade with those ingridients already together, then the macros should be on the bottle and your question could easily be answered there.

at depends on what you eat with it. But genealy meat doesnt suck up fat when beeing cooked. the fat from the marinade should just go out of the meat when cooked.

It would be just a marinade, 1/2 cup (or less for each) of each oil and soy sause...Put it in a bag for an hour, take the steak out of the bag and put the steak on the foreman grill...I plan on having nothing else with it...This is my pro fat meal...
