Sorry if Im driving you nuts, but this will be short....I just wanted to thank everyone for beating it into me that to bulk up, you gotta EAT! Lol.......I've nixed my cardio from 7 days a week at 1/2 hour each, to 2-3tops am sessions....

I've had more carbs in my first two meals than in MOST days, so far today. Never realized how lose to death I was, prob. consuming sub 100 carbs for 2 years...........

today it's been:
9am - 3/4 cup oats
1 scoop whey
1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup carb sense skim (very low sugar)

4oz yam
6oz chx breast and lean beef
large salad
1/2 cup red/black beans in chilli

train at 2

thinking about some chicken and red potoatoes tonight, peanuts, cootage cheese maybe some vino before bed..........
