    weight

    I am staring to feel a bith lighter. My workout and diet have been tweaked and I have been eating better. My cardio is good aldo.
    As of today I notoced that my 34 inch pants felt a lot loser. Is this a sign of bf drop?

    just messin ...depends on how long uve been cutting could be water weight!!

    I have been cutting for about 3 and a half weeks. I also changed my diet to better and I have been doing more cardio.
    I am using Tren A , Test E , Eq and Proviron .

    What are the signs a person sees first while cutting

    -Pictures...2 weeks apart

    -measuring tape

    -BF % (calipers)

    -clothes getting looser

    -Mirror

    The scale is the crappiest thing available....the number doesnt matter one bit...looking good does...
