    keto diet question can somehelp please?

    Ok i wanna lose about 30 pounds or even 40 by july 4th i know its very very hard buta keto diet says it can happen or at least i hope it can..............i am eatng only about 20 grams of carbs a day is that enough to put me in ketosis?.....the carbs are from broccoli,spinach, or califlour that i add turkey to at about 12 or 1 pm......should i lessen the carbs?please someone help me

    For most people, 20g or less of carbs per day should put you in ketosis.

    Dude going into ketosis means losing lots of lean muscle mass and is going to put extra stress on your kidneys and liver.

    Remember how long it took you to put on the weight and be realisitic about losing it (losing 30-40lbs by July the 4th isn't).

    Plus ketosis gives you some real bad breath. Look afetr yourself!!!

    wel pembo i will brus my teeth alot .......ad if i get and keep myself in ketosis i shjould be able to ose about that much weight ? a regular diet for 2 months would be about 16 to 20 pounds a keteosis should double that.......does anyone thik i can losethat much about 30 pounds in 2 months?
