    Critique my diet and wat do i need to change?

    i jus need some advice about my diet as i gain about 5-7 pounds of weight and im on this diet for only 2 weeks...so need to know is it the fat i gain or the muscles...
    the diet is as follow
    8-9 am - 5-6egg white,1cup oats,2 whole wheat toast,protein shake
    12-1:30 training and then about 60g protein(iso pro shake) and a PWO mealmainly veggie wit chicken

    4-5p.m- 2cups of oats
    6-8p.m- tuna 2cans(50g protein)
    9p.m 45gm protein shake
    10:30-11pm- chicken wit veggies
    now i dont exactly know the intake of my protein,carbs and fats for a day

    if u guys can suggest anything to improve on it...it'll beof great hellp

    That was pretty hard to read, so I am not sure I understood it all correctly. I can't tell if you are on this diet for only two weeks at a time, or if you meant it's been only two weeks, if you usually gain 5-7 lbs. or you have gained that already, etc......................have no idea.........

    However, the meals are crappy any way you slice it, so I'd check out the "HOW TO CUT" or "HOW TO BULK" sample approaches atop the page for a good guide that will help you greatly improve your approach.

    chances are its water you've gained if your eating that clean and have slapped on 7 lbs in 2 wks, I'd say only a couple lbs of it might be muscle. It'd help to know your stats first so we can gauge where you need to go with this, and if this is an attempt to bulk or cut? W/out those details it's hard to tell you anything. But in any case, just tuna alone, or oatmeal alone isnt the best idea. Foods work best in combinations.

    That's old news and no one cares about that garbage anyhow. This board will always be #1 and will be criticized as well as those who oversee/mod it (me as is the case here) out of the sheer jealousy brought about by the incompetence to be able to compete.

    I'd rather be on top w/the top dawgs, then to be one of the inferior ones far down below throwing stones. When you're not on top, all you can do is think about those who are.

    either way, those sticky's are a really good reference to go back to. That should be step number one, followed by asking around. You would be surprised at how you could come up with most of your dieting answers just by readin around.

    anyways it is water you gaind .. for you store 4lbs of water for each lb of glycogen u store. thus from eating alot more clean carbs your glycogen reserves have been boosted greatly and ur muscles are happy w/ glycogen and water .. GOODLUCK and TACO BELL FOR LYFE!
