    Snacks.. late night meals

I am 6'3'' and have been trying to put on weight for months.. Currently at 3,500 calories a day. Right before bed I like to eat another small meal or a snack (at about 11pm)

any suggestions as to what would be easy to prepare and fit proper diet. I find my self so tired that I don't want to make a turkey sandwich (that is too big anyways) I normally will eat a peanut butter sandwich or maybe a small protein shake.

I then get up every day at 5 am and eat a yogurt, then go back to sleep. this just helps me get in an extra 230 calories a day.

any Snack suggestions would be VERY helpful.

    Thanks

whey is not a very good idea before bed, it's way preffered to be casein.

the cottage cheese has plenty of casein and the fat from the nuts will easily slow down the whey digestion as well though, i know what you are saying, but i dont think that it will be a huge factor.
