Creatine: Gatorade or Grape Juice?
Which would be better to mix it with? I'm assuming grape juice.

I heard grape juice is the best for creatine
mind you .... i dont do that shit...too bloatey.

creatine rocks - make sure you get tricreatine hydrate vs creatine monohydrate, the old stuff is crap. the new stuff is usually always flavored - so just mix it with water

Yes I do grape when I do creatine that is ... within 10 minutes of finishing my workout ...

agreed with giantz.
30 mins pre workout, take in your creatine with water and you're good to go.
