    Help w/ EGGS!

    I hate eggs but I see everyone eats them religiously so they must be good. I am thinking I want to shove them down as fast as possible. The boiled eggs would be the best method? What can I add to them to help with their taste. Or any other way to make eggs taste better along with the way you prefer to cook them. Btw way I am bulking and loose weight easily.

    It seems you have the same feeling about eggs that I do...I HATE them...

    the only way I can stand them is raw(apparently unpopular)...so try to get some pastuerized ones

    scrambeled with salt let it burn a tiny bit so you get a light golden crispynes to it ohhh so good a good profat is microwaved egg whites with peanut butter ya it sounded nasty to me to but surpriseingly good umm protein pancakes (8 egg whites half cup whole wheat flowe or ground up oats some splenda and a little cinamon ummm thats all i can think of now

    yeah that would work too...but I dont like to eat powder type stuff...like whey protein...I try to stay away from all supps...

    Just whole food for me...just a personal preference...

    I like to pour egg whites into a coffee mug and microwave them for ~3 mins.

    Put the eggs into a flour tortilla, add some salsa/cheese/whatever else you want and wrap up your burrito. Microwave the burrito for a few mins to melt the cheese and voila! you have one helluva meal.
