    Advice on P/F meals needed

For a late night P/F I always have 1.5 cups of cottage cheese and 3 tblspoons of natural peanut butter. Thing is, I am tired of it. Is there any quick and easy P/F meals you guys whip up that doesnt require cooking (I dont have time to cook another meal)? Just wanting to change things up.

I agree, works like a charm.

I just started doing pro shake w/ 2 Tbsp Natty PB last night and will keep it like that for the next week or two and then switch it up again.

Remember you can always switch up your choice of fats: almonds, natty pb, flax

I already have that. As a matter of fact thats the meal right after my cottage cheese/pb before I go to sleep.

There has to be some others?

That sounds like a lot of fat in one meal to me.

More important is the total fat intake during the day, not per serving. IMO. But obviously don't take in 100grams in one meal.

I've been eating whole eggs with a handful of almonds for some of my Pro/fat meals.

Eggs are real quick to cook so it works for me. But still does require some cooking.
